We are using two communication channels to give message to the customers. Personally, we will arrange face to face meeting with obese people among our friends and family. Moreover, we are going to use telephone to let our target market know about obesity problem. In addition, we will use worth of mouth system through friends and family. Non personally, we will advertise our business on website, Facebook and YouTube and also dropping flyers, advertising on billboards and window displays in shopping centers.
We plan to attract customer by providing following discounts:
• Membership program (monthly, yearly)
• No enrollment fees for first 50 customers
• Discount for full installment
• Discount for children
• Pills and supplements discount in seasonal promotions
• Workout challenge (1 month, 3 months, 6 months)
We are also going to offer seasonal discounts on special months such as November and December because after Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner, people usually get 3000 calories per average meal. Additionally, we have plans to do promotional activities on World Health Day.
We are going to take promotional action before the official business opening day.

We will drop flyers to homes, supermarkets and in the city. We will put our business ad on billboards and window displays at shopping centers.
5 days:
We will use personal communication channel such as face to face meeting and making telephone calls. Likewise, we will give information about activities, membership programs and discounts on business opening day.
Business starting day:
We will introduce about our business and will give enrollment fees discount for first 50 customers. After that, we will explain about various discount type that we provide to attract customers. And also educate about obesity and healthy diet. Follow by explaining and educating, we have fun activities such as free pills and supplements for first 30 customers, giving fitness center t-shirts, bags, protein shakers, hats as presents for first 100 customers.
